January REVEAL - Ipsy

Oh my goodness ::GASP:: what's THIS?! Why....is this IPSY Sneak Peeks?! Yes ma'am, it most certainly is! I am back with the Ipsy Sneak Peeks! Haha, definitely by far one of my most popular posts, I'm excited that I can share it with all of ya'll again!

Let's waste no time, shall we? We'll start with the image that has been up on Ipsy's website for a few days now for the January Glam Bag page...

  

How intriguing is this? I seriously stared at this for sooooo long trying, TRYING to figure out what the theme could possibly be....I do believe I've somewhat figured it out, but allow me to show you how I came to my conclusion....

We have two Ipsy product Sneak Peeks at this time...and here they are!...

JANUARY 2014 GLAM BAG SNEAK PEEK #1

Based off of the wording, it seems like every subscriber will be receiving one of the products shown above. Well right away the larger product was super easy to identify! It's -

MALIN + GOETZ

MOJITO LIP BALM

EDIT 1/10 - CONFIRMED! These are MicaBeauty's Tinted Lip Balm in the shades I guessed!

As for the other two products, mysterious little jars, I'm convinced they're lip balms, but from what brand....I DO not know. It's practically impossible to know as there are just so many brands that have lip balms in jars such as those. If I do get any inside info, though, I'll share it as soon as possible!

  

A mystery.....

One current guess is that it may be Mica Beauty's Tinted Lip Balm. If so, they do look very similar to the shades Natural and Fiesta possibly....

JANUARY 2014 GLAM BAG SNEAK PEEK #2

We have two different products here, the tube in the middle and the two sticks. Again, based off of the wording, it seems like every subscriber is going to receive one of the above products. Here is the photo edited a bit...

Here is what I believe the Yaby product is!....

LIQUID FOUNDATION

It is shown above in Ivory, but it is unknown as to what shades are going out in the Ipsy Glam Bags. 

Edit 1/10 - Confirmed by Zadidoll from Zadidoll.com as to what shade is going out! I just looked up the product on Ipsy's website and here is their photo in the shade of Buff -

    

As for the stick products, I believe that they are....

ELIZABETH MOTT

SMOOTH SHADOW CREAMY EYE PENCIL

Elizabeth Mott's It's So Big Volumizing Mascara did, in fact, go out in a previous Glam Bag, and since Ipsy does repeat brands for a few bags, I'm almost positive that this is the product shown above in the Sneak Peek. The wording is even exactly the same on the side. It comes in three colors - Pearl, Penny and Raven, and given the Sneak Peek photo and lack of a jet black lid on the pencils (definite a different contrast to the black pencil stick itself), I'm guessing that those two are Pearl and Penny. 

So have you guessed what the theme might be based off of these photos and hints? I'm guessing that it may possibly be:

HORIZONS!

This brand I definitely recognize! It's....

Based off of the spray cap and design I'm going to guess that it is their Soy Tri-Wheat Leave In Conditioner.

Again, another VERY recognizable item! Its....

Mystery Item #5

This is THE mystery item of the bunch. I spent HOURS pouring over possible matches but this little bottle of oil or serum seems quite elusive! Hard to say exactly what it may be....it appears to be a possibly hair oil, or face serum. Or maybe even a fragrance spritz. Hmmmmm, what do you think?

Haha, so let me start with a hard one that took me forever to find and even now I'm not 100% sure this is what it is, however, it looks more like it than anything else I've seen....

I feel like there's so much more writing on the front of the Sneak Peek picture tube. So I'll keep looking around and seeing if I can find a better match if this is, in fact, not it.

This one took a bit of searching, as you can see it has a pink or peachy front outlined square and the bolded capitol letters in the middle seem to say "FACE" and something ending with an "M"...here's what I found:

Edit 1/10 - the fantastic ladies at Makeuptalk.com confirmed after finding it on Ipsy's website that is is:

It looks like Zadidoll from zadidoll.com figured this one out! It appears to be:

The product is found on Ipsy's website and it does link to the actual brand's website for purchase so that's pretty much confirmation that this will be in a Glam Bag!

This item was super easy to identify from the color, name and bottle design!

It is shown above in a deluxe sized bottle, which is also what is shown in the Sneak Peek!

Mystery Item #7

Based off of the spray bottle design and the symbol on the front, I believe this to be one of the following:

APOTHEDERM
BRIGHT SKIN SERUM

or FIRMING SERUM (just confirmed NO)

EDIT 1/10 - Just received an anonymous (thank you whoever you are!) tip in the comments below along with a link to Ipsy's website confirming that it is INDEED the Bright Skin Serum! Here is the photo from Ipsy's website! -

Mystery Item #8

Seriously, these Sneak Peek products have been SUPER hard! The closest thing I could possibly come up with for this was:

Once again, this is NOT confirmed, but it appears that the lettering on the sneak peek item ends with "-tion"...the font looks similar, so this is my best guess. Once I know more, I'll update!

Shown here are the Mark Fading Pads, which appear to be a match for the Sneak Peek item, however, it is possible that it may be cleansing wipes, since those are included in the sneak peek grouping.

SPEAKIIIIING of cleansing wipes, haha, I recognized that bright lime green packaging right away as I've actually reviewed this item from a previous Glossybox!

There it is, ladies and gents! The January Glam Bag itself! 

    

It appears to be a top zipper blue bag with turquoise-green or mint outlined beauty jars, lipsticks, tubes, bottles, etc. along the bottom. I think it's downright ADORABLE. Absolutely perfect for storing samples, foils, etc. You'd definitely know what you're keeping inside of it! Haha!

Another interesting post on Ipsy's Facebook today was this:

"YAY! Your January "19 Reasons" Glam Bags are just starting to leave our warehouse in batches, and we are going to start emailing your tracking codes NEXT WEEK (so no need to worry if you are still waiting). Please stay tuned for your Glam Room coming up very very soon. It will tell you which products you will be getting this month, and will also be filled with awesome deals from all of January's brand partners. Stay tuned and get excited!" - from Ipsy's Facebook

What's intriguing about it is that they said "19 Reasons"! Hmmmm.....well there are actually 20 products shown in the Sneak Peeks, so possibly there are 19 beauty product tube, bottles, jars, etc. on the actual Glam Bag itself??? What do you think?
